125 per 50-minute session
Fees on a sliding scale are available (reduced fee).

Effective September 22, 2008 the following insurance plans will not be accepted:
Managed Health Network (MHN)
Healthnet
AnnClark Associates (ACI)

Insurance
A limited number of appointment times are available for clients wishing to use their insurance.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

 Payment
Cash and check are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.  We do not charge a cancellation fee when an emergency or unexpected illness occurs. 

Important Considerations about the use of Insurance
When you use insurance for psychotherapy, it is important to know that it becomes part of your medical record with a diagnosis.  Not all problems have an insurance acceptable diagnosis, so you may be responsible for payment in full.  Your insurance provider may want to know such things as treatment plan, interventions and how long it is expected that you may be in therapy.
